These Terms govern the use of the website, mobile application, and charging services by users (“you”). Acceptance of these Terms occurs when you register, download the app, or initiate a charging session.
Service Usage
Users must register through the KALPA EV STATION PRIVATE LIMITED app to locate charging stations, check real-time availability, and start charging sessions. Charging begins after selecting the preferred power mode and confirming payment. Fees apply per kwh or per minute/time basis and are clearly displayed before the session starts.
Our stations support e-bikes, scooters, and cars. Please follow all on-screen instructions and ensure your vehicle is compatible with the selected charger to avoid damage.
User guidelines:
Do not unplug or disconnect cables during an active charging session; end the session through the app before unplugging.
Report any issues immediately through the app support feature or the contact information displayed at the station.
Some stations include additional amenities like restrooms and drinking water. Please use them responsibly.
Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through the app via linked cards, UPI, or digital wallets. Fees include electricity usage, service charges, and idle time charges if your vehicle remains connected after charging is complete.
Refunds for technical faults or unsuccessful sessions will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. KALPA EV STATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
User Responsibilities
You must ensure your electric vehicle is in safe and operable condition before charging. KALPA EV STATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect usage, incompatible vehicles, or improper handling.
Commercial or fleet charging is not permitted without prior written approval. Fair usage must be followed at all times.
Prohibited activities include:
Tampering with chargers or equipment
Attempting unauthorized access to systems
Obstructing or blocking charging bays
Misusing charging cables or station amenities
Liability and Warranties
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. KALPA EV STATION PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, charging speed, or compatibility. Users assume all risks associated with charging.
Liability is limited strictly to the amount of fees paid for the specific charging session.
KALPA EV STATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, outages, or regulatory actions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
KALPA EV STATION PRIVATE LIMITED may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
