1. EV Charging Rates
1.1 Per-Session Pricing
Our pricing is transparent and simple. You pay based on charging duration and charger type.
DC Fast Charging

Per kWh
Suitable for fast charging sessions and quick top-ups.
Plus: 18% GST on all charges
AC Slow Charging
₹18.99
Per kWh
Best for long-duration and overnight charging.
Plus: 18% GST on all charges
1.2 Pricing Factors
What affects your cost:

Time of day: Peak hours may include optional surcharge pricing at selected locations

SOC%: Charging sessions continuing above 90% battery SOC may take longer, especially for discounted customers
2. Subscription & Membership Plans & Fleet
We may extend discounted rates based on the slab and number of committed charging units per vehicle.
Best for: Regular commuters charging 3–4 times weekly
4. Loyalty & Rewards
4.1 Loyalty & Loyalty Points
We may run promotional offers, rewards, and loyalty programs based on seasonal campaigns and customer activity.
5. GST & Tax Information
5.1 GST Computation
All charges include 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Example Breakdown:
- Charging service: ₹100 (base)
- GST (18%): ₹18
- Total amount payable: ₹118
5.2 GST Invoicing

ITC (Input Tax Credit): Available for registered businesses

5.3 GST Refund on Cancellations

7.3 Invoice Download
- Log in to your Kalpa EV account
- Go to “Transactions” or “Invoices”
- Click “Download PDF” for any transaction
- Email copies available for up to 7 years
